Today's post appears a little later than I planned, but the last few weeks are a real school of organization for me. Probably it will take me a while to get into the new role and acquire the ability to do ten things at the same time, but I won't bore you with it, because this post is not about that.

So, getting to the heart of the matter, I would like to wish you all the best, healthy, cheerful and joyful Christmas. I hope that you make the most of this time and give it to your loved ones, after all it's the most valuable thing we can give them. I spend the day fully with my husband and our little baby girl, lying in bed and watching Christmas movies. The disease caught me in my most favourite period of the year. Enjoy the rest of the day and don't sit too long in front of the phone :)

Gifts, especially those from the heart can make someone feel real joy. The smile on the face of the recipient is the best compensation for the feverish search for this perfect little thing. The easiest way is when our loved ones create their magic wish list, then the problem is much smaller and the gift is one hundred percent hit. Not everyone, however, is lucky to receive in their e-mail inbox the message "Letter to Santa", which contains a carefully written list of gifts and have to manage the gift ideas on his own. However, it is worth turning the ear in the hope that there will be some sentence said referring to this wish list.

Preparing today's post it was hard to believe that November is behind us. The past four weeks have flew so quickly that I don't even know when ... One thing is certain, I will remember this month for my whole life and all the whims who think that November is the worst month of the year, with indignation I will say that the most beautiful :). I look forward to December and Christmas preparations with a lot of new emotions, but before we all get into this mood for good and the Christmas album by Michael Buble sounds from the speakers for good, I invite you to a summary of past weeks and a whole lot of photos!

November weather can be overwhelming. When it is grey and gloomy outside, the wind is going crazy and the rain is pouring from the sky, the only thing we dream about is burying under the duvet without even tipping your nose out. If we could, like bears, fall asleep for a long time, I suppose November would be a month to bypass. Unfortunately, it is not so good and even on such days we have to face everyday challenges. The perfect way is a properly selected outfit, and what could be more accurate than a warm sweater that will provide us with comfort and warmth for the whole day? Retailers are competing in the offers of thick sweaters, turtlenecks with beautiful weaves, so there is really something to choose from. I have prepared for you a short list of those sweaters that I personally liked the most. In this selection, you will find a large variety of both cheaper sweaters and more expensive ones, the composition of which is more or even completely natural.

The summary of the month always gives me some kind of reflection. Preparing photos for this series, I can always look back over these past weeks and analyse how much has happened. I also realize how dizzy the pace of time is and that you should enjoy even the smallest things that happen to us every day. Most often it is these small activities such as morning coffee or evening with the loved one surrounded by long conversations about everything and about nothing that build our greatest happiness. I am very grateful for these past weeks and everything that happened. With even more optimism and excitement, I look forward to these November days and the changes they might bring :). But before it comes and these beautiful colourful leaves fall off the trees for good, giving way to winter, which I hope will visit England for a moment - I invite you to summary of last month and a whole lot of photos from these everyday moments.

You either like autumn or you don’t. The weather conditions outside especially later can overwhelm. Even now, when I write today's post it is grey outside the window, it is raining and a terrible strong wind is blowing. Such weather is perfect to hide under the duvet and sleep through the day, or possibly watch another episode of the series on Netflix. However, I assume that there is no point of fighting something that we have no influence on, and in addition it comes back to us every year. Over the years, I have developed my proven methods, which even when I feel that horrible mood common for autumn (although this happens extremely rarely, because as you know I love autumn) they make me feel better.

Time in recent weeks’ flies inexorably fast, of what best evidence is today's post published on the eleventh day of the month instead of the first ... I don't know when it passed, so forgive me, this little slip in your favourite cycle of the month :). Looking at what happened in my last weeks, apart from constant organizing our flat, not much happened, but by some strange accident I collected quite a large number of photos from which it was difficult for me to choose the ones that I thought would not be too boring. No longer dragging this introduction, I hope you are sitting now with a cup of hot tea (I don't know what it is like where you are, but it is raining outside my window and all I dream about is to bury myself under the woolen blanket and absorb the next lines of the book), which will make the summary of the last month more enjoyable. I invite you cordially!

Travel articles are much easier to write, because the experiences we bring with us and the emotions that accompany them, write elaborations themselves, which we are often unable to reproduce on other occasions. However, before I started writing today's post, I looked at the one that appeared on the blog two years ago (we also went to Zakopane - the blog post can be seen here - link) to read again the text with which I surrounded a series of photos from those few days. The emotions that accompanied me at the time were quite different, but the joy of being able to appear in this place, I feel was the same. Given my altered state, the route itself was quite a feat. The road to Morskie Oko although covered with asphalt, which would seem that overcoming it is a piece of cake, is tiring and took us twice as long as last time. My feeling half-way can therefore be compared to what Donkey from Shrek had when they drove to Fiona's castle: "how far yet" has become one of the most frequently occurring sentences, but I must admit that my husband's forgiveness turned out to be a medal: ).

A sweater with an interesting weave, a woolen checked coat or at least a herringbone patern preferably in shades of earth, jeans and sneakers, or stylish boots are enough to create an interesting autumn set tailored to the fashion expert (or at least someone well read in this topic). Autumn is undoubtedly one of the most fashionable seasons when we can go crazy. Combining different cuts, styles and materials helps us to create eye-pleasing outfits, and the temperatures outside the window favour lighter clothing (dressing like the onion is yet to come, so it's worth enjoying these autumn weeks). When browsing the offer of chain stores, or even Instagram, you may have already noticed that this season beige and all other related shades (brown, red, orange, etc.) reign undeniably.

Recent months have only convinced me that all changes in our lives must be approached prudently and with caution. I approached the subject of care during pregnancy with a grain of salt, but due to the messages I received with a request to create an article in this topic, here it is. All information that I share with you are therefore based on my experience, which I tried to check previously in both my mother's knowledge and experience, my gynecologist's advice and available articles on trusted online sources like mamaginekolog.pl.

Summary of this month is a unique composition of totally different pictures. For a change, I decided to spend the last weeks just being here  and now. The number of hours spent in front of the computer can therefore be easily counted on the fingers of one hand, but the one spent in ubiquity cannot be counted :). As it happens, however, everything good ends quickly. A month in Poland passed in the blink of an eye, which is why I am particularly happy with this rest that I had. I have new challenges ahead of me, a lot of organizational matters, further furnishing of the apartment, unhurried preparations for the birth of our baby and the further development of the blog and related obligations. However, before it comes, I cordially invite you for a few photos from August :)

Summer is a time when you don't have to bother a lot to look beautiful. An airy dress, leather flip flops, a basket that has been fashionable for many seasons and voilà. I don’t leave house without the brown flip-flops myself, which, incidentally, were the only footwear in which my swollen feet fit. This time, instead of a dress, I put on a comfortable buttoned skirt, thanks to which she gained a large cut and combined it with a silk blouse. Black and white is a reliable combination that I reach for quite often lately, and brown accessories from various materials have broken the whole outfit. A good solution in such outfits is the accessory - I chose the scarf in the same colour version that I tied through the basket handle. It would also work well as a hair ornament both tied and loose.

The most charming places are usually hidden far from the world. As in many cases, I perfectly understand why this is happening (after all, when we find our quiet corner, we are reluctant to send word about it to the world so that we can enjoy it quietly as long as possible), so in this place the statement 'hidden from the world 'means something completely different. No Name Luxury Hotel & Spa, which is located in Łapsze Niżne, is a real paradise for a tired, overworked person or one who simply wants to hide behind the world. A place hidden behind many villages, at the foot of the Pieniny National Park, which location is hard to navigate to and you need to rely on residents, or hope that somehow the map on your phone will not hang when our equipment displays a total lack of network. Hidden from the world here is therefore a literal statement, but the hotel itself is very well advertised, so that many people could find its refuge in it for a few days. I warn you, reservations must be made relatively early, because it belongs to those willingly visited. From my own perspective, after spending two nights in it, I understand why. The silence that prevails there can be drowned out only by the sounds of grasshoppers or mooing cows :)

Perfect summer dress: Look of the day

Summer is the time when I particularly liked wearing dresses. Short ones, midi-length or even long ones, found their place in my closet. This year, however, I faced quite a difficult task. Due to my different state and changes that are taking place in my figure, whether I wanted or not I had to invest in a few new dresses. I did not want them to be typically single-season acquisitions, which, with the birth of our baby, will cease to be useful. Looking through shop hangers, I quickly came to the conclusion, that the best solution would be dresses that cut off under the bust. Therefore, the size of such a dress I chose was the same as last year, and due to the lack of cut in the waist, my stomach can grow easily, because the dress will easily adapt to it and at the same time I will be able to enjoy it in future years, because I know that will still suit me.

Most capital cities are famous for giving their inhabitants and tourists unlimited culinary possibilities. In the case of London, it's exactly the same. As long and wide the capital of England is, we can find so many different dining options. Fast food bars, home cooking, exclusive restaurants, in other words something good for everyone. As a culinary gourmet who likes to try new flavours, I invite you to my little guide in which I share with you restaurants worth recommending in terms of their taste, but also their visual aspect. Let's be honest, in today's world most of us look for restaurants that are instagrammable :). Regardless of whether you are a resident of this city or just planning to come with a visit, I hope that my today’s article will prove to be both helpful and useful :)

With the arrival of August, I start to feel casually that the summer is coming to an end. Sunset comes much faster than it was in June or July, evenings are not so warm and autumn and winter collections appearing in stores just make me feel this sense. However, before this happens, I invite you to the summary of July. The last few weeks have passed me extremely fast. Graduation (which appeared exceptionally late considering the fact that I handed in my master's thesis in September last year), moving out of London, unpacking and arranging our new flat and finally packing this one suitcase before traveling to Poland ... I cordially invite you to several shots of those beautiful and sunny days of July :)

One of the topics that most often appear in the questions from you, concerns my pictures. As a real amateur of photography, I am happy that my ordinary photos arouse interest. Over the years, both since I have been running a blog, but also long before that, photography was one of my greatest passions. All skills and knowledge gained in this topic, however, is fully due to trial and mistakes. I am rather a type of person who will do something until he masters the art. Today's post will not be a professional guide from an eye of an experienced photographer, but the insights of an ordinary girl who, like many of you, tries to capture beautiful photos as a holiday souvenir. You will find here some useful and practical tips that work best for me. Those interested in more technical side of how I edit photos I refer to the previous article in this topic - link.

I have repeatedly written to you about the importance of creating outfits that will serve us throughout the day when you live in a large metropolis. Just as this belief is still valid, my experience in this area will soon pass away ... Probably many of you already know that for a week the term "Londoner" does not refer to my person. Any changes that have occurred in my life in recent months have encouraged us to leave the capital for a small town located in central England. However, before I leave the city chic for something more comfortable, I come to you with my proposal based on nothing else than the well-known Parisian chic, which is perfect for an intense day that is to end late in the evening.

For a long time, I was wondering how to start today's post. Whatever I wrote seemed inadequate to me. The silence on the blog, which has appeared here in recent weeks, aroused a large number of messages from your side and I could not explain it reasonably. Out of respect, and for the sake of the four years you are with me here, I am glad that I can finally share this joyful news with you. Together with my beloved husband, we are expecting a baby! :)

The summary of the month will be exceptionally extensive this time. Due to the lack of this cycle in April and May, quite a few photos (including those overdue) have accumulated, which I wanted to share with you today. For the last few weeks I have been searching for my oasis in which I will be able to relax with a book, I used to eat fruit - especially strawberries, which lasted the season and walks, which were the most enjoyable form of activity and the only one I was able to gather: D. I am inviting you to a large dose of photos from these last weeks.

Summer in the city can be quite a nuisance. Especially when the heat is pouring from the sky and we humbly have to go to work, take care of our children, make grocery shopping and a long list of other things that we have planned for the day. The situation changes dramatically when the city you live in is London. Summer tropics is rather a rarity in this English capital, so the title of today's entry should not sound like the breeze of summer, but rather the breeze of spring, because it is more appropriate term for the current weather. However, I did not get discouraged, I reached for a few of my favourite elements, which are a linen blouse and high-waisted jeans, which have already become a monument in my wardrobe.

I value this classic in my everyday outfit. Invariably for several seasons, I try to choose what I know, that will allow me to keep the freedom of movement, but it will also turn out to be adequate for the various situations that I will face during the day. Inhabitants of large metropolises will probably agree with me how important is the ability to plan the outfit for each day. The distance between the house and other places is too large to allow yourself a quick disguise during the day.

The first day of May is the perfect day for the publication of today's entry. The springtime aura and the waking to life nature at Notting Hill is one of the most sought-after places in London. Pink buds of flowers growing on the background of white tenement houses can not fall out badly in the pictures. However, you have to be patient, because many of these places are so much sought after that people queue for them. Just as the place leaves no more wishes, the weather is quite variable lately. My contemporary outfit is therefore an ideal proposition for such moving temperatures. Trench coat is an element without which I do not leave my home. The outer cover, but much lighter, which in the same way will protect me from the cold of the morning and evening. A light blouse that, although long-sleeved, is very breathable and can be worn even on a warmer day.

While starting today's post, which appears extremely late this time, I realized that another month has passed. In this case, the time surprised me, which even heralds the number of photos, which is included in today's summary. Everything, of course, has its reasons and the last month was marked by a trip to Poland, which was such a race that the photos were the last thing that I would have enough time for during the day. After returning, I went to my parents, where I spent the greater part of the month. Then the camera was already in use, but rather most of the pictures are so personal that they are not suitable for being published here. All the hopes were in my return to London, where it turned out that I managed to get out of the house a few times, because later I have caught a cold, which keeps me until now, that's why my home office found its place under a warm duvet in a comfortable bed: D . Despite this, I invite you to the summary of the last weeks :).

Few days ago I received an invitation to the presentation of new Carolina Herrera perfumes. The main reason for the whole commotion was the new edition of the GOOD GIRL series - a fragrance hidden in a bottle with the shape of women's heel, which became a synonym and the hallmark of these perfumes. The "femme fatale" symbol has been changed, keeping the haute-couture gold pin from the original GOOD GIRL fragrance, giving it a new, equally seductive character. The bottle with black varnish changes from a transparent base to a north-blue crown, representing the transition from day to night.

The last weeks with their weather were closer to spring, so it is time to adjust the outfit to the temperature prevailing outside the window. I gladly exchanged my high boots for something lighter (winter came so fast this season that I couldn’t get my shoes from today’s look), thick sweater also stayed in the wardrobe and in return I put the ivory silk shirt and a coat in off-white. My today’s outfit is a tribute to the classics, because in the end black and white are a timeless solution that always looks good. It is surprising, however, how our attitude changes to certain items of clothing when they are being promoted by the most renown fashion houses.

While preparing this month’s summary, I curiously looked at the last year’s February, in order to remind myself what I have shared with you then. I couldn’t miss the fact that exactly one year ago at that time, England was covered in few centimetres of snow. This year’s February reminds more of a spring aura commonly associated with April, thanks to what I have spent a lot of time walking enjoying sunlight as much as possible. I guess that I am not the only one missing the vitamin D! :) As every other month, I would like to invite you for a photo summary of last month.

Daily skin care for each of us is different. We are struggling with various problems, we have different types of skin and cosmetics that will work for us will not necessarily work for our friends. There is no proven resource that after use will make each of us have a silky and shiny skin. What's more, daily care using cosmetics in the form of a moisturizing cream or serum is only half of the success, because there are many other factors that affect the condition and appearance of our body. The aforementioned cosmetics help to restore proper moisturizing of dry skin, but they do not provide water to our cells. In this case, the key element is to provide our body with the right amount of water, which will effectively help with its condition. In addition to water, nutrition is also important, which will provide us with many important and necessary vitamins for our body. In this case, it may be helpful to find guides, or just books, in which we find a lot of valuable information and recipes for both meals suitable for the proper functioning of the body, but also proven methods for home face masks.

January has always reminded me of calmness. Past holidays have somehow introduced a slight laziness into our lives which, with the advent of the New Year in my life, did not bring any special changes. This year I have therefore exceeded my capabilities in being lazy. After many years of being always in move doing ten things in the same time, I probably needed to have enough time for myself this year to be able to fully charge the battery, read the books that were waiting for many months on my bed side table and plan out the upcoming months. In addition to the goals that I intend to pursue slowly, I am currently looking for additional job in my professional field (I already have two job interviews behind me, so I guess my January wasn’t so lazy...). Still, I would like to invite you to a summary of the past weeks as always in a photographic form :)

Black colour long time ago made a high position in the fashion industry. The versatility of this colour made women all over the world love it. In summer, spring, autumn or winter, black outfits always look good and fit on many occasions. However, due to the dark nature of this colour, it often reflects our mood or the aura that prevails outside the window. The weather in recent weeks is rather far from dreamed winter and the grey colours outside the window have meant that black has become adequate for every occasion. Even now, when I write today's post in a room bathed in the light of a lamp, it is dark outside and it appears that it will rain shortly. I have the impression that even ten coffees would not be able to put me on my feet and my outfit could not be more adequate to the melancholy mood I feel.

Make-up is one of the main elements that helps to emphasize our beauty. However, in order for the effect to be subtle and to add charm rather than endearing, one must keep a few basic rules. My first and most important rule is "less is more", which basically accompanies me in every sphere of appearance and aesthetics. It is important because the emphasis on beauty is to get what's beautiful and not give us a new look which is a result of the overdoing and then the effect can be quite a deterrent. However, I'm not an expert in the field of makeup, that's why all the tips that are included in today's post are based on my own experience and what works best for me.

The period between the end of the old year and the start of a new one is an ideal opportunity to slow down for a moment, summarize the past months and collect motivations with which we will enter the next year. Although running a blog requires quite a lot of regularity (which I admit without hitting recently I started to miss), I decided to fully rest and devote time to my relatives. I needed a break from social media and a blog. However, it could not last too long, because I just started to miss you! With a smile on my face and a new motivation, I come back to you with today's post.

December has come to an end and the time has come for the monthly summary. Like every year, these four weeks have passed me like in the blink of an eye. The time of preparations for the upcoming Christmas, effectively takes most of the time. However, I always remember this time when there is some undescribed magic in the house. The Christmas music that resounds from the speakers, the smell of baked gingerbread, conversations with loved ones all makes December one of my favourite months! However, this year's holidays were exceptionally magical because of my nephew who is already with us. Even if I wanted to, I would not be able to put on words all the emotions that accompanied me. I think the best way to document these past weeks will be photos that speak for themselves :)
